We collect what we need to send you a painting, and nothing else. No advertising trackers, no data sold to anyone, and no analytics unless you agree to it.
Who We Are
ISKUSS is a sole proprietorship registered in India, and is the controller of the personal data described on this page. Our registered address is set out in our Terms and Conditions. You can reach us at contact@iskuss.com.
What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the details of what you bought. If you create an account, we store your login details and order history.
We never see your card details. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. Your card number reaches them, not us. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
Cookies
Two kinds are set on this site. Functional cookies keep your cart and session working — without them the shop cannot operate. The shop also sets order-attribution cookies (named sbjs_) which record how you first arrived, for example from a search engine or a link, and attach that to your order.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, but only if you accept it. Nothing loads until you choose Accept on the cookie notice — if you decline, no Google script runs and no analytics cookies are set. There are no advertising pixels and no session recording on this site.
Why We Can Use Your Data
We only use your data where the law gives us a basis to. For your name, address, email and phone number, that basis is performing the contract you entered into when you placed an order — we cannot print, ship or support a canvas without them.
For analytics, the basis is your consent, which you give by choosing Accept on the cookie notice and can withdraw at any time by declining or clearing your browser storage. Nothing loads before you choose.
For keeping order and export records after a sale, the basis is our legal obligation under Indian accounting and customs rules.
Who Else Sees Your Data
PayPal processes payments and receives the information needed to complete the transaction. Their own privacy policy governs what they do with it.
Shiprocket and the carriers they use receive your name, address and phone number so your canvas can be delivered.
Hostinger hosts this website, which means order data sits on their servers, and standard server logs record IP addresses.
Google receives analytics data — which pages you viewed, your approximate location and device type — but only if you accepted analytics. That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
International Transfers
We operate from India and ship worldwide, so your order information necessarily crosses borders — between us, PayPal and the carrier handling your delivery. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, this means your data is processed outside your home jurisdiction.
How Long We Keep It
Order records are retained for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and export documentation. Account details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format to take elsewhere, and object to a particular use. If you are in the UK or EEA these are rights under the GDPR; we will honour the same requests regardless of where you live.
Email contact@iskuss.com and we will respond. We may need to keep certain order records even after a deletion request, where tax or customs law requires it.
If you are in the UK or EEA and you think we have handled your data wrongly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or your country’s supervisory authority in the EEA. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right, but that route is yours either way.

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
