How Your Canvas Travels
Each piece is printed to order, then rolled and sealed in a rigid protective tube. Canvases are supplied unframed — this is deliberate. A rolled canvas travels far more safely than a stretched or glazed one, arrives without the risk of a cracked frame or broken glass, and lets you choose framing that suits your room.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within two to three weeks. Printing and quality checks account for the first few days; the remainder is transit. Larger canvases occasionally take slightly longer to produce.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Because each canvas is printed for you, there is a point after which we cannot change an order. Tell us within 24 hours of placing it if you need to change the size, the address, or cancel altogether, and we will sort it out. Once printing has started we can no longer amend or cancel.
Import Duties and Customs
Canvases are shipped from India on a duty-unpaid basis. This means that depending on where you live, your local customs authority may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee before delivery. Any such charges are set by your own country and are payable by you, separately from what you paid us.
We have no way to calculate these in advance, as they vary by country and by order value. If you are unsure, your national customs website is the reliable source. We declare every shipment accurately and at its true value.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, or cannot be delivered because the address or phone number was wrong, it is either returned to us or destroyed by the carrier. Where it comes back to us we refund the price of the canvas less the return shipping we are charged. Where the carrier destroys it, we cannot refund. Please make sure you are willing to pay your local charges before you order.

If Something Goes Wrong
Tubes are robust but not indestructible. If your canvas arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece before unrolling it fully, and email us at contact@iskuss.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you, including return postage — the full detail is on our Returns page. Photographs of the outer tube are genuinely useful, as they tell us where in the chain the damage happened.
