At Iskuss, we take great care to ensure that every artwork you purchase meets the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. This ensures the integrity of each piece and helps us maintain the trust of both our customers and our artists.
Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition.
Eligibility for Return: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Item: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Non-Returnable Items: All other returns, including change of mind, dislike of artwork, or buyer’s remorse, are not eligible due to the custom and delicate nature of our products.
Process for Returning an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@iskuss.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will confirm whether the item qualifies for a return or replacement.
Packaging: If approved, repack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent further damage during return shipment.
Shipping the Item: Return pickup will be scheduled and collected, details of which will be communicated via call or mail
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any taxes or customs fees incurred during the shipping process may not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement of the same artwork
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at contact@iskuss.com with a description of the issue and pictures of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at contact@iskuss.com as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process outlined above.
