At Iskuss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork or the service, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure you have peace of mind when shopping with us.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for most of the products sold on Iskuss. However, please note the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Condition of Item: The artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It should be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our business, custom artwork and digital products (such as digital prints or downloadable content) are not eligible for returns.
Process for Returning an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@iskuss.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and a description of the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and will confirm the return.
Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the return shipment.
Shipping the Item: Return pickup will be scheduled and collected, details of which will be communicated via call or mail
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
Non-Refundable Fees: Any taxes or customs fees incurred during the shipping process may not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at contact@iskuss.com with a description of the issue and pictures of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at contact@iskuss.com as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process outlined above.
